In brief: Back pain oversleep
May be it is natures way of telling you , that you only need 7 hours sleep.
There can be no medical reason why if you sleep more then 7 hours you will get back pain.As long as the pain do not last all day you dont have a medical problem. So get up after 7 hoyrs of sleep.

In brief: Morning low back pai
If the pain is accompanied with stiffness and you have a history of previous low back strains you may have a chronic ligamentous strain of the area.
With ligamentous laxity the muscles will tighted around the unstable ligaments causing am pain and stiffness. See a physician who does prolotherapy to evaluate you for this.
