Needs workup . Having high blood pressure in pregnancy is not common. This definitly needs attention. If it is some thing before 20weeks, or after 20 weeks or in late trimester. High BP in late trimester is more dangerous than earlier. You need to have work up such as urine analysis, pre -eclamptic panel and creatinine clearance.
