Can you please tell me if a CT scan of brain would show signs of Dyplastic gangliocytoma?

In brief: MRI is better

MRI is the best imaging study for dysplastic gangliocytoma.
Many are visible on CT scans, but the abnormality is much better visualized and characterized on an MRI.

In brief: Yes, but

an MRI with contrast is a much better exam for visualizing such a tumor. If this is a known existing diagnosis, then comparison to prior exams is very important.
