In brief: Minimal risk factor
Any pelvic surgery can increase the risk of an ectopic if any tubal damage is involved or if there are multiple adhesions (scar tissue).
Like anyone else, if you have an early pregnancy and experience any pain with or without bleeding, check with your doc asap. You can also ask your doc how your tubes looked at c-section, (for peace of mind). Prior ectopic is a larger risk factor.

In brief: Not normally
Anyone could experience an ectopic pregnancy, but an uncomplicated cesarean would not increase your risk for an ectopic pregnancy.
