Sir, I'm 19yrs old. I have been chewing on one side and now my face became asymmetrical. Now what to do? Chewing gum? Please help me out from this.

2 problems. 1. Chewing gum can cause jaw muscle imbalance and even TMJ/TMD which can be a discomfortable chronic condition. Replace this habit with a positive one. (e.g. breathing exercise). 2. Unilateral masseter hypertrophy is an enlargement of masseter muscle on 1 side with chief complaint is facial asymmetry. It is a treatable condition. Rec.: see orofacial pain specialist for further investigation.
