Can chlamydia be transferred through kissing or during oral?

Potentially. Chlamydial species can be present in oral secretions but are usually eliminated by the enzymes in saliva. They do, however, cause atypical pneumonias, conjuncitivitis, and at least theoretically can produce other forms of upper respiratory infection. If you are referring to non-gonococcal urethritis or pelvic infection it is very unlikely to be acquired like that, and is almost always sexually.
