In brief: More information
If your doctor says that nothing is wrong, i must assume you have had some testing done.
Would you care to share that with us?

You should have a nuclear stress test, natriuretic peptide level, TSH, sedimentation rate, echocardiogram, and pulse oximetry. I assume your CBC and general chemistries are normal. If there is a disease present aside from stress, those tests should show it - good luck!
