What is the area where collar bones are? The collar bones itself feel very sensitive and I have a dull sort of pain in between them. Causes?

In brief: Front of upper chest

The collar bones(clavicles) are below the front of the neck and go out to the shoulders.
Soreness could be in the sternoclavicular joints.

Like any other joint, the sternoclavicular joint can become inflamed, arthritic or rarely infected. Try ice and nSAID's for a couple of weeks. If it does not improve, see your doctor.
