In brief: No cure yet..just..

Currently there is no cure, but many treatment options.
Fortunately, most patients only need symptomatic treatments. Steroid is the main therapy, but meds such as methotrexate, chloroquin/hydroxychloroquin, cyclophosphamide, azathioprine, closporin, tetracycline, and new agent such as infliximab. Bulky sarcoid mass can be surgically removed etc..But no cure..Consult your doc..Good luck.
