I have l4-l5 disc herniation and severe sciatica. 7 months with no relief. I do exercises, taking supplements...Will it ever heal without surgery?

In brief: Yes, it may!

Yes – unless it's a nerve root compression or loss of strength in the leg.
If no root compression and normal strength, recovery is possible. 1. Stop all exercises for 2-3 weeks. 2. Stop all caffeine use. 3. Lidocaine base (not hydrochloride!) cream phonophoresis (10% x30 min x10 times; do not wash the cream off after the treatment, cover with a thin plastic for 24 hours ("occlusive dressing").
