A healthy diet and lifestyle are important, even a necessity but medical studies have now proven that what we do to our bodies every day 24/7/365 can/will change our bodies for either good or bad..Even our genes.. Studies have proven that the benefits of Antioxidants and Vitamin D can be factors that decrease premature aging. In the eyes, that means decreasing the chance of blinding conditions!!

Limiting sugar and starch is the best way to lose weight, but eating plenty of vegetables, but only some fruit! Berries are the best by far, and are not sugar loaded! Avoid bananas, pineapple, mango-way to much sugar.
