What is a good lotion for a baby with really dry skin, but not oozing nor broken?

In brief: Lots of choices.

Your local drugstore will have a shelves full of dry skin lotions.
My favorites are eucerin, aveeno, (oatmeal) cetaphil, keri, lubriderm, and cerave, but there are lots of others. Whatever you choose, apply it right after bathing, while the baby's skin is still moist, to "lock in" the moisture - because the real cure for dry skin is water, not lotion.
