I want to lose 50 lbs in 3 months?

Not healthy. Although possible, this is not a healthy way of losing weight. Most people that go kamikaze on weight loss gain the weight or even more shortly after. It is healthy to lose 1-2 lbs a week and to do it by adjusting your lifestyle, which includes more rest, more exercise and less food, and healthier food choices. I do not recommend weight loss to patients who are not overweight or obese.
