In brief: Core strengthening.
A good balanced diet with proper nutritional supplements and course of exercise perhaps emphasizing core strengthening under supervision of a personal trainer performed over a period of time to allow reasonable recuperation from the effects of pregnancy ( a minimum of 4-6 months) is a reasonable approach.
I tend to recommend/prefer the use of pilates & yoga regimens with temprorary use of binder.
