Is smoking weed once a month enough to affect the baby during pregnancy?

In brief: Affect ??
If you smoke, it will end up in the kids system.Studies show dose related reduction in fetal brain size but the data on developmental effects is not clear. If baby ends up being tested for drug exposure, I could find it.
In my state your baby would go to foster care & you would be charged with child endangerment.
