Obese and pregnant. The best way to lose weight is to give up sugar first. You can also reduce the amount of carbohydrayes you eat which include: bread, potatoes, pasta, cereal, and rice. Mild to moderate exercise every day or every other day; must start slowly and increase gradually. May also reduce the amount of food you eat but check with your obstetrics doctor first.
