I just found out today that I have chlamydia, but I breastfeed. Is it possible that my child could have it to?

In brief: Not from the milk

If the kid was born while you had chlamydia it could acquire the germ as a nasty eye infection or pneumonia.
It would likely have been picked up & treated before that happened. Beyond that exposure your baby has little to worry about.
