I have a baby tooth that just came out. I'm 31 already, so will an adult tooth grow in its place?

In brief: VERY doubtful

You will most likely need an implant or bridge or other. If you do have a permanent tooth come through i want to know, because that would be a first for me.
See a dentist for consult.

In brief: No

Anything is possible.
But it's far more likely you just lost one of your adult teeth. See a dentist.
