What to do if I fell and put all my weight on my non-weight bearing leg. I have a tibia/fibula fracture.?

See your Orthopod. who has been treating you for your FX and let him examine you and get a XRs on your leg/ankle. Do what he tells you. Good luck.

Need to clarify. A proximal fibular fracture would be just below the knee, a distal fracture would be at or near the ankle. The tibia is the main weight-bearing bone of the lower leg so you may need a few more weeks at least. The partial weight-bearing may also be due to the ligament injuries. Read more...
