Do children or adults have more stomach aches?

Statistics. Would answer that....If there are more adults than children in the world then it would be reasonable to assume that more adults have stomach aches than children. Children just complain more often and are more true to themselves when they feel badly whereas adults muddle through for job, family, responsibilities, etc.
