Can you still have a baby after getting lipo and a tummy tuck, or will there be complications as your pregnancy gets huge?

In brief: No complications

You may normal pregnancy-delivery after either procedure.
It is usually recommended to complete your pregnancies prior to having a tummy tuck, as there may be more stretching of the midline with each term, resulting in more laxity which can be addressed by tummy tuck. Lipo has less implications, as it is limited to the subdermal fat deposits, having nothing to do with pregnancy.

In brief: Yes , but...

Yes, it is possible to have a full term pregnancy despite having undergone previous abdominal wall contouring surgery.
However, you should be aware that additional surgery may be necessary to improve the outcome, if you choose to do so. Best to have completed pregnancies and achieve a long-term stable way prior to proceeding with tummy tuck surgery.

In brief: Yes but why?

It is absolutely possible to have a baby after a tummy tuck and lipo but you will undo the results of the tt and the muscle repair so i would recommend waiting until you have completed having children or prepare to have the surgery repeated.

In brief: Tummy Tuck pregnancy

After tummy tuck pregnancy is not a good idea particularly if the tummy tuck included a muscular repair. This repair will at the least be stretched by pregnancy afterward.
In a worse case scenario, the repair could tear which may or may not be entirely repairable afterward. Wait until after pregnancy to have your tummy tuck or have a modified operation if you think pregnancy may follow.

In brief: Yes but not good...

Post-lipo pregnancy not a big problem but post-abdominoplasty not a good idea but without complications.
The difference is that abdominoplasty tightens the abdominal wall that is stretched by pregnancy, so a pregnancy after that will negate much of the benefit but not be dangerous or lead to complications. It is much better to defer abdominoplasty until after childbearing. Good luck.
