In brief: Not directly but...
There is evidence lyme could be sexually transmitted because semen can have live spirochetes, & if the mother becomes infected there is strong evidence babies can be born with lyme.
However, if the mom is not infected the baby will not have lyme. The only way we think it might be transmitted from one person to another is sexually, congenitally, via blood transfusions & perhaps via nursing a baby.
