In brief: 16 or 20 weeks
With the first pregnancy patients almost never can feel the baby move until 20 weeks.
It is uncanny to me how reliable of an indicator of gestational age that sign can be. With subsequent pregnancies patients can reliably feel fetal movement at 16 weeks.
