I think you may mean a stone in your ureter(the tube from your kidney to the bladder).

I assumed you meant ureteral stone, not urethral one.
Some 5-10% of urinalysis for ureteral stone may not show blood in urine one time or another, and the size of stone is not proportional to the degree of blood in the urine. But, most of times, microhematuria is present and occasionally, gross bloody can appear.
