I have oily skin, blackheads, & minor pimples. Is cetaphil good for my skin type?

In brief: Wont fix it

Cetaphil will not hurt your skin however it will not resolve the acne.
If it is truly acne (and not pregnant) should try an over the counter benzoyl peroxide product from any pharmancy (anywhere from 2.5% to 5%, start with 5% to make life simple). Try 1x/day and if your skin does not dry out you can use it twice. Will dry the skin and help acne. If it doesnt help, you may need a prescription.
