I have calluses on the bottom of both of my big toes, no matter what shoes I run in (even with out any) I still get them, now one of them is getting pa?

See a podiatrist... These calluses may be related to a biomechanical condition called hallux limitus. If the big toe can't bend "up" during activities as much as it should, more pressure will be placed at the bottom of the big toe causing calluses. There MAY also be a small "extra" bone (a sesamoid bone) at the bottom of the joint. An x-ray will tell.
