Fasting is not going to be a successful longterm weight loss program and in fact may be seriously dangerous to your well being.
I know it gets old to hear but regular exercise and frequent small meals through the day while drinking water will be much more helpful in the long run and may help keep the weight off for a much longer time. Good luck.
