Can an arched back be treated with yoga?

Yoga is helpful. Yoga is great exercise and keeps the body flexible and in tune. We are meant to have arches in our back and neck so straightening it seems counter intuitive...Your arch may not need to be treated at all but yoga is beneficial no matter what.
