Fertility Medicine

In brief: All of them

We actually inseminate all the eggs to try to get them all to fertilize.
On average about 70% of eggs will fertilize and only half of them will be potentially viable embryos. Of these, depending on your age, we transfer two embryos, thought about 25% of the time, both of these embryos will implant (twins). So in the best of all worlds, we will do an elective single embryo transfer.
