In brief: YesButWhatIsHealthy?

Big issue: humans ignore "health" (i.
e. Absence of symptoms); taking it for granted. Additionally, what constitutes health is complex ; thus not fully understood; 3 reasons the medical system is not about health, but symptoms, disability, fear(s). Heart cells are only muscle cells which both self-stimulate ; relay this to surrounding cells, even without brain input. Brain modulates heart actions.

Most common fatal arrhythmias are tachyarrhythmias, i.e. the heart contracts so frequently there is insufficient time for blood return, thus, though beating, heart pumping of blood, including to itself, severely declines to the point of dying. This is what the defibrillators are about. The shock Does Not Start the Heart but induces all muscles to contract & stop further muscle activity for seconds
