In brief: Manage Pain, stretch

The most common treatments for osgood-schlatters include rest/ activity modification, ice, compression, anti-inflammatories, massage and therapeutic stretching that focuses on the muscles of the upper leg (hamstrings & quads).
Individuals with osgood schlatter may partipate in activity to limits of pain tolerance without concern.

In brief: Not really

Usually osgood schlatters is treated with a combination of rest, ice and nsaids.
Since the problem is exercise and activity exacerbated, i don't really think specific exercise will prevent however if you are in better condition and exercise on a regular basis you might be less likely to have this problem.
