In brief: Some
Early onset puberty will shorten ultimate height and usually delays menopause ( menses continue later ), while delayed puberty is associated with taller height and an earlier menopause.

Late puberty can be socially stressful- some late bloomers are teased by others, mistaken for much younger children, hyperaware of body image. Take it from this late bloomer who has a late blooming son there are negative effects. The good news is that once you hit 40s and above you will enjoy looking younger than your fast blooming peers:)
