In brief: Compensate
Everyone has some sort of problem and must learn to adapt and compensate.
A dyslexic person who has trouble reading may not want to be a proofreader for novels but certainly has other skills. Teaching? Coaching? Math? Outdoor careers?. Everyone has a gift as well...Find yours. Dyslexia is an inconvenience..Don't let it stifle your dreams.
