Can lupus rash be all over face and forehead ears etc... Or is it only occurs on the cheeks and nose bridge only?

Not only on nose. There are many forms of lupus. The butterfly rash is well described but the rash not only need to be there it can occur on other facial areas a well as the trunk. Males tend to be less prone but lupus occurs in them as well. The best test is to see a rheumatologist or your primary as a start. A few simple blood tests can rule out lupus quickly.
