When i removed tampon i realized i hadn't unwrapped it fully and it still had the clear plastic wrap on the tip. I had it in for hrs. Is this ok?

In brief: Probably ok

Have a gyn check you to make sure there is not more plastic inside.
Plastic is inert and probably won't cause an infection like a lost tampon does, but it should be removed if it is in there.
