My lymph nodes hurt. They are not swollen just hurt. Neck, armpit, chest, groin. All periodically. I have had bloodwork and x-rays no lymphoma. Idea?

In brief: See your doctor

Blood work and x--rays do not exclude the possibility of lymphoma.
But if the nodes are not enlarged, lymphoma is extremely unlikely. Viral infections such as mono may lead to tender nodes. Discuss it further with your health care provider.
