My son is 24 and he's been having pressure under eyes, nose, one nostril clogged, dizziness, and heavy head and pressure going down in neck. Any clue?

Sinusitis. The symptoms are pretty consistent with a viral sinusitis. I can not explain the pressure going down the neck. If the symptoms get worse after 5 days or not better after 10 days, you son should be placed on an appropriate antibiotic. Also consult and ENT doctor for a specific diagnosis.

Doctor for allergies. Allergists treat the allergies and the ear- blocking and headaches that come with them. They don't do neck adjustments in the USA. I would start with an allergist and if they do not help you, consider seeing an otolaryngologist for structural causes of the nose and ears giving you these symptoms . For the neck, you may need a different doctor entirely, depends on what symptoms you have . . Read more...

See a doctor! I don't know how long this has been going on, but your symptoms are complex and challenging to diagnose. Also, some of your symptoms could indicate a serious medical condition. I hope that it turns out to be something benign like anxiety or hyperventilation, but I don't want you to take the chance of missing something more serious (and treatable). Seek medical care!!!!!
