2 doctors agree

In brief: No

They are both nonsteroidal antiinflammatory medicines.
Taking Ibuprofen just a few hours later can cause stomach upset or far worse ulcers, in addition to possible side effects to blood pressure and to the kidneys. Naproxen stays in the body far longer than the ibuprofen. Take one or the other only as prescribed or as noted on the bottle's instructions.

In brief: Use Tylenol (acetaminophen)

Naproxen and iboprofen are both "nsaids", so i would avoid taking them both.
. You can supplement or alternate either of them with tylenol (acetaminophen).
