How likely is colon cancer is a 20-25 year old male who doesn't smoke, drink, good diet. Father's mother died of colon cancer, but dad is totally fine.

Not likely but should start surveillance with colonoscopy at either age 40 or ten years prior to age of DX in relative with carcinoma, whichever is sooner. Dad should undergo surveillance as well as should all if his siblings, starting age 40.

Having a grandmother with colon cancer is not a significant addition to risk if she was elderly - colon cancer screening typically starts at 50.
