In brief: No

Angina is a clinical symptom. The angiogram r cardiac ct are both imaging studies.
We can look at imaging studies and suggest that there is narrowing of the coronary arteries which may cause angina.

In brief: CT detects anatomy

Angina is a symptom of cardiac pain caused by a mismatch between the amount of oxygen needed, and that available: with angina, the heart cells don't have enough oxygen, which causes (reversible) symptoms.
A cardiac ct angiogram evaluates the size of the coronary arteries, which deliver oxygen in the blood to the heart. More severe blockages are associated with angina, and subsequent heart attack.
