In brief: FEEL HOT INTERNALLY
Your feeling hot seems to be a sign of hyperactive thyroid rather then hypo.
How long you have been taking levothyroxine and what was the TSH before you started it, and were there anti thyroid antibodies present. You need to have your thyroid function repeated. It is possible you need to reduce the dose of levithyroxin, based on the thyroid profile.
