I have always had regular periods but this month I have had spotting/light bleeding for the last five days is this normal? Color is light pink/red

It is not normal , but if can happen due to a number of not serious cause or rarely from something serious.
. If you are worried , you should go to your gyn for an exam and evaluation. If you elect to wait, you should be evaluated if it happens the next cycle also.
