In brief: Fish Oil healthy?
Yes there is enough evidence in medical literature strongly supports health benefits of fish oil it has been shown fish oil and omegs 3 benefits patients with cancer of prostate, breast and colon.

"there is evidence from multiple studies supporting intake of recommended amounts of dha and epa in the form of dietary fish or fish oil supplements lowers triglycerides, reduces the risk of death, heart attack, dangerous abnormal heart rhythms, and strokes in people with known cardiovascular disease" source: the mayo clinic see: http://www.

In brief: Dissapointing
Too bad. Fish oil raises HDL and lowers triglycerides.
Looked good!? But clinical studies failed to show any reduction in strokes or heart attacks. That's where it's at. Also fish oil increases prostate cancer. So we are back to observations that a fish diet is good but fish oil (omega 3 or krill oil) capsules are a waste of money or maybe even harmful. Too bad. The definative big study was just.
