There are great fast ways to make your own baby food- use the back of a spoon to make "mashed bananas", mashed avocados, mangoes, sweet potatoes make great fast food. Avoid making your own from spinach other greens as these foods contain oxalates. You can prep ahead and put mashed food in ice tray, pop out a cube and heat and feed. Enjoy your baby's new world of "solid foods"!
