What is an easy way to give my child liquid colace (docusate sodium) to help with his constipation?

In brief: No easy way
Liquid colace (docusate sodium) is super bitter- it would take a lot of something sweet to make it palable.
Ask your physician if you could use MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) instead. It is over the counter, mixes well with juice and doesn't have a bitter after taste. Don't forget to increase fluids and whole fibers in your child's diet. Whole grains, whole apples, plums and pears will help.
