Hello, i had bubbles and foamy urine. Had blood tested and it said kidney function was normal and doc said it was insignificant internet says its bad.

Bubbles/foamy urine could be insignificant and due to very forceful urinary stream, but it could also be indicative of proteinuria (protein in the urine).
This may not show up on a blood test and you can have "normal kidney function" and still have proteinuria. Your history states that you have pain and otc meds (nsaids) can cause proteinuria. Have your physician check urine for protein.
