I'm told i prob have adrenal fatigue, and high impact workouts are no-no's. What are some good low impact exercises to get me in shape safely?

In brief: NOT low-impact but:

With adrenal fatigue avoid aerobic exercise at first; if you feel tired the day after exercise you've overdone it.
Do a "body sculpting" program of light calisthenics ; weight lifting, using very low resistance(small weights) ; many repetitions, involving the whole-body. This can be accomplished in exercise classes, with exercise machines, or with free weights. See http://bit.Ly/1ere6h for more.
