I work from 5pm to 5 am .I know they say don't exercise before bedtime .Will i still get same health benefits if i work in morning off work?

You work long hours.
Try to find a time ( before or after work ) to work out for 30 min 5 times a week. It will be tough but if u begin and continue this regimen the health benefits( among others) will be huge.Best of luck!
