I had a tubal ligation during my cesarean, but got MRSA three days after surgery. Could this have caused tubal ligation failure? No doctor will answer

More Information. Where was the mrsa? What do you mean no doctor will answer. Your surgeon has to answer you. Have you asked your surgeon? You are their patient. You have rights. But, tubal ligation is not in any way negated by a post operative complication. The tubes are cut, their ends are burned to a crisp an the tubes themselves are squished in clips or tied repeatedly.
Not likely. Infection would be an unlikely cause of any tubal ligation failing at any time; if your ligation failed it is virtually certain for another reason.
