In brief: Carpal tunnel

It is due to excessive use like on computer/ tennis/ golf .
Rest wrist brace and trial of avil . If no relief see a hand (orthopedic ) specialist.

Probably not an elbow issue-unless this is an uncommon presentation of a rare Martin Gruber Anastamosis- best see a neurologist or a physiatrist to do definitive work up.

In brief: Twitching

For further evaluation of twitching of the fingers, sometimes an evaluation by a neurologist is helpful.
They may perform an EMG to determine if there is some compression on the nerves innervating the fingers.
